Check the spam and promotions folders first, then open the order page directly from your account, which always shows the live code even if the email is delayed. Delivery emails are sent from our order address the moment fulfilment completes. Why is a gift card region locked or country specific?

Gift cards are issued per country and per currency by the brand itself, not by us. A card issued for one country's storefront will not redeem on another country's storefront. Each product page states the issuing country, settlement currency and redemption restrictions before you add it to the cart. Check that line against the account you intend to redeem on, because a redeemed card cannot be swapped afterwards.

What happens if a code does not work when I redeem it?

Contact support within 24 hours of delivery with the order number and a screenshot of the error. We verify the code with the issuing supplier. If the code is genuinely invalid, already used before delivery or region mismatched on our side, we replace it with a working code or refund the full purchase price. Codes that fail because they were redeemed on the wrong regional storefront after delivery are not covered.

The receipt on the order page can be printed or saved without exposing the code, which makes it safe to share as proof of purchase. Can I order a card that is out of stock?

Yes, the order is accepted and queued. Stock levels shown on each product are refreshed against the supplier every day and again opportunistically during checkout. If a denomination has no immediate stock, your payment is held against the order and the card is issued as soon as supply returns, normally within hours. If supply does not return we cancel the order and refund you in full without you having to ask.

You can pay by credit or debit card through our card processor, or with cryptocurrency. Card payments settle instantly and support most major international cards. Crypto payments are accepted in USDT, BTC, ETH and other major assets across several networks, with the rate locked for the life of the invoice. You can also pre-load your account wallet and spend the balance across multiple orders.

Each invoice generates a network-specific deposit address with a QR code and a locked exchange rate. Our system also re-checks every pending payment against the provider every minute and settles it automatically once it clears.

The wallet is a prepaid balance held on your account. Topping it up with card or crypto lets you buy instantly afterwards without re-entering payment details, and it is the fastest way to fund marketplace trades where speed decides who gets a listing. Wallet funds from card top-ups may show as clearing for a short period before becoming spendable; crypto top-ups become spendable on confirmation.

The price you see on the product page is the price you pay; we add no card surcharge and no service fee to shop orders. For crypto payments, the network fee is paid by you to the blockchain, not to us. On the peer to peer marketplace, the seller pays a 9.75 percent platform commission out of their proceeds, so buyers pay only the listed price.

The marketplace lets independent sellers list gift cards they already own, often below face value, with the trade protected by escrow. The shop is the fastest and most predictable option; the marketplace is where the sharper discounts appear.

How does marketplace escrow protect me as a buyer?

When you buy a listing, your funds are locked in escrow rather than paid to the seller. The seller then delivers the code, which was already uploaded encrypted at listing time. You redeem it and confirm receipt. Only your confirmation releases the money to the seller. If the code is invalid you open a dispute instead of confirming, and our arbitration team decides the outcome, refunding you where the seller is at fault.

What is the marketplace commission and who pays it?

The platform commission is 9.75 percent of the sale price and it is deducted from the seller's proceeds when escrow releases. Buyers pay exactly the listed price and nothing more. For example, on a card sold for 100 dollars the seller receives 90.25 dollars and the platform retains 9.75 dollars, which funds escrow protection, dispute arbitration and fraud screening.

How long does a seller have to deliver after I pay?

Sellers have a short delivery window shown on every listing, typically 30 minutes for manual delivery, while instant listings release the code immediately on payment. If the window expires without delivery, the trade is cancelled automatically and your escrowed funds return to your wallet in full. Repeated failures to deliver suspend the seller's storefront.

How do I open a dispute on a marketplace trade?

Do not confirm receipt. Open the trade from Account, then Trades, and press Open dispute with evidence such as a screenshot of the redemption error. The escrowed funds stay locked while the case is open. Our arbitration team reviews the encrypted code, its redemption state and both parties' evidence, then either releases to the seller or refunds you. Either side can appeal an arbitration outcome once.

Can I hold gift cards and resell them later?

Yes. Cards you buy on the marketplace are held in your account as assets and can be relisted at your own price at any time, which is how traders take advantage of seasonal demand on popular brands. Relisting uses the same escrow flow, and the same 9.75 percent commission applies when you sell.
